Privacy Notice

In short: this website has no forms and uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. We only receive personal data if you choose to contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email. We use it only to reply, arrange your visit and serve you, and we never sell it.

1. Who we are

This notice is given under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the DPDP Rules, 2025. The Data Fiduciary responsible for your personal data is:

2. What this website collects

Nothing about you is collected just by visiting. The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and loads no third-party trackers, fonts or scripts.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used only for security and delivery, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.

3. Data you share when you contact us

If you message, call or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, typically:

• your name and phone number or email address;
• your message, and any photos, floor plans or measurements you send;
• your address, if you book a site visit or a delivery.

4. Why we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange a studio or site visit;
• to prepare designs, quotations and orders you ask for;
• to deliver, install and service your furniture;
• to keep records the law requires, such as invoices for tax purposes.

We process this data because you provided it voluntarily for these purposes (Section 7, DPDP Act) and, where needed, on your consent. We will not send you marketing messages unless you separately agree, and you can say “stop” at any time.

5. Who we share it with

• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us there, your chat is carried by WhatsApp under its own terms;
• delivery and installation partners: only the name, number and address needed to complete your order;
• government authorities: only where the law requires it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

6. How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry details within 12 months of our last conversation. If you place an order, we keep order and invoice records only for as long as tax and accounting laws require, then delete them.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we shared it with;
• ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your data;
• withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (this does not affect what we did before);
• nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated;
• raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, write to privacy@yourdomain.in or WhatsApp +91 00000 00000. We may need to confirm your identity. We will respond within the time limits set by the DPDP Rules.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including limited access and secure devices. If a personal data breach ever affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

10. Children

This website is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian.

11. Changes and languages

If we change this notice, we will update the date above. You can ask for this notice in Hindi, Punjabi or any other language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution, and we will provide it.
